Chambers, Sr. is the Manager of Environment of Care and Hospital Safety Officer at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital in Fountain Valley, California, A Tenet Health Hospital with corporate headquarters based in Dallas, Texas. Santiago is the current State Vice President of the California Society of Healthcare Engineering. He is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional and Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional with numerous certifications and licenses. Santiago holds a Bachelor in Health and Human Services and will be enrolling in a Master''s program soon. Santiago served in the US Navy as a Storekeeper and has a wife of 27 years who is a nurse, two daughters in college and a son in the US Marines.
